lawyer Gibson, Michael A. Reviews

Looking for another planned community like The Woodlands, TX?

In 2009 husband gave friend $40,000 for medical bills. We don't regret it, but now he needs to go to a nursing home. IRS took 35% from us for gift tax, a surprise. Withdrew IRA money & paid it, then had to pay IRS 15% tax on withdrawal. . SS and pensions was enough to live on. Now husband had a stroke & will go to nursing home.. I can pay for it a few years but when the state (medicare) takes over they will take two vintage vehicles and his truck, and I'll keep my car. They can take what we have left in our bank accounts, savings, and retirement money, and leave me with around $100,000. I just found out that they'll subtract the gift amount and $15,000 we paid for our prepaid funeral expenses, leaving me with only $45,000. I'll have to sell our home and buy a cheaper condo (giving them the difference) because I'll no longer be able to afford my house with the smaller SS income. I didn't realize they would cut the retirement money. Is my only option to get a divorce so I can keep my half? My husband isn't competent to take his name of our savings and bank account..

I am not clear for your question.

You don't buy a resume form and you don't print them off online you create your own resume and might choose to follow an existing template. You might search for templates and resume samples online, but you have to put your own together on something like a Word document.. You can also go to your local library and look for resume writing books there.. . If you are a student and don't have a lot of work background you will want to search for a student resume and maybe list some of your classes related to the type of job that you are applying for.. If your school has a placement center or career center or something like there should be someone there that should be able to help you put together a resume.. . You should also work on a general cover letter that you can send out with your resume and then make it more specific for each job that you apply for. Most jobs want a cover letter and resume.

You will need at least three notarized originals - one for you, one for your parent, and one for your parent's doctor. If it were me, I would give a fourth notarized original to a trusted relative who doesn't live with either you or your parent.. . Before the time arrives that you would have to use it, make sure that you and your parent (going there together) give one of the originals to your parent's doctor, that your parent states their wishes (the ones in your question), and you confirm with the doctor that they now have all they need to grant those wishes IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. You need your parent to be there when the form is given to the doctor so the doctor has no doubt that your parent was of sound mind when they signed the form.. . The main reason for giving an original to a trusted relative is that if you take your parent to the hospital, this relative could bring their original to the hospital if needed. You wouldn't have to leave the hospital to go get it. There's also a chance (especially if your parent lives with you) that both of your originals could be lost or destroyed, and this provides for a backup original.. . Good luck!

I need it to quickly create simple but efficient web sites.. thanks.
