I live in Florida and have a living will. I have appointed my sister as having General Power of Attorney. How can I change this to another person?.

Over the last year, my husband borrowed over $135,000 from me and he is being slow to pay me back. Now, I need the money and am growing impatient with him. Additionally, I personally guarantee his brokerage account with my brokerage account at the brokeragefirm he works at. He has a FINRA Series 7 license, too. I'm hesitant to go talk to his boss because it might jeopardize his job and his FINRA licenses. He has land holdings in his own name and they are not selling. I have thought about asking for a Quit-Claim Deed. We have a 4 1/2 year old daughter together

Yes, as long as she is of sound mind and body. Are you POA for healthcare or for finances? I shared my POA duties with my daughter. I did the healthcare and she did the finances. Everything went smoothly, even up to mom's recent passing.. . A power of attorney is a document in which you state that you give someone else (usually a relative or friend) the authority to make certain decisions and act on your behalf. The person to whom you give these powers is called an "agent" or "attorney-in-fact." You are called the "principal." Just because the word attorney is used does not mean that the person you give authority to has to be a lawyer.

omits within months he earmarked $1 million for hospital. 6 Denied meeting Saddam bagman Auchi

I have a phone interview with a lady that wants to hire me for IT support for my University. Is there anything i should prepare for in this interview?.
