how do i write a formal letter?

Any quicksand areas in Ohio? I live in Leetonia so name someplace close!.

If you ever go through that again ask for the changes to be addressed in writing or e-mail form.. I had to do that when I worked for city hall. I had an office manager and a direct supervisor. They butted heads and the rest of us had stuff taken out because one would say one thing and the other would say another.. . So I started asking for stuff to be in written or e-mail form because I was tired of the chaos and lack of communication. Like they would tell one person of a change and not the rest.
