• Joseph Treloar is an associate at Frommer Lawrence & Hauge LLP.   Throughout his career, Joseph has handled complex intellectual property litigation concerning both patent and trademark claims. Joseph also worked as part of a team of attorneys from various law firms across the country to draft model jury instructions for copyright law for an American Bar Association book entitled a??Model Jury Instructions: Copyright, Trademark and Trade Dress Litigationa??, published May 2008.   Josepha??s practice also encompasses various aspects of IP transactional work, including trademark licensing agreements and patent prosecution.
