We want to start a new business in the cleaning business and don't know where to search in the internet for possible contracts for the offices etc.

well it sounds like he got you well trained pretty well as bad as that sounds to swallow but in life people act the way they do because there much like kids and will go as far as a person will let them. By you picking up for him you might not have realized this but he was being train at the time into thinking your his slave for him to even think of such a statment to you. To change this you must re train the animal you let him become by sample invent new ways and even stage meeses that will interfare with his own routins then dont clean it or pick up after it period DO NOT later either let dam fungus grow on it if that be dont clean his mess period ever agian this will eventualy sink in his head and start to care and know your not his personal punkable slave This is very important not to give in not even once or he will think axcactly that its a temp thing and he can keep the presure on you till you bend so dont give in once ever agian. clean your area that pertains to you only and leave his messed up. I use to have a person like that and how I brock em is when they make a mess I take the mess later and put it in his or her dresser or on thire bed or pillow when there not around and KEEP doing this constantly complosivly till they larn if they leave trhe mess were ever they know were its winding up at later on. when they get mad for it being were you placed it just look at them and say one word that is YOURS then walk away in silance if re addressed then ignore the question or say YOURS REMBER YOURS THANKS then ignore the isue agian . Guess what this person was re trainted into a new way of thinking by force and wascored in a week or less. some will take littkle longer but some less but if you keep doing it like this with no chanes in between then he will get the message. you got to keep it like this till he is re trained its not to deliver a kind of message till he gets it no its to chaange his ways by ways of action Trust me this works 100% accorately. They wont like the taste of there own mess in there ways till there tired of it and stop depending on you to be there punk.
