What is massie block's week like? (massie from the clique)?

Advanced directives only come into play when you have a condition that is terminal. A bad accident in a 23 yr old almost never falls into that category. Now, if you were a 23 yr old with metastatic cancer, that's a different story.. . Also, if any family member objects to your wishes, doctors will follow the family's wishes, for fear of being sued. I've seen that happen. Living wills/advanced directives are fairly useless if you have family that choose to speak on your behalf.. . No doctor will ever kill you. If you do end up with some terminal condition, you can certainly request hospice care as opposed to aggressive treatment. The best way to get the treatment you want is to discuss it with your family and have them express your desires if you are unable to do so.

Formal letter:. perhaps more complex language. finish letter with sincerley. no abbriviations. structured= proper paragraphs/indented paragraphs.. . Informal:. written more casually, almost as if it is normal speech. concluded informaly (love, from etc..). abbrivations are okay

Mention some things that might make you stand out from other candidates. Don't recap your r?sum? here, but you can make some references to it if you have something dazzling (like an award) that points out your work habits.. . There are many samples out there. Try to find one that applies to your specific internship. Look for a sample r?sum? that has a corresponding cover letter sample so you can see the relationship.

Assuming your mom is an attorney licensed to practice law in your state, go ahead, follow her advice. Wills / probate law, however, varies from state to state. For example, what are the requirements in your state for a will to be made "self-proving?" Ask your mom.. . There is no way to get around the power of the courts in custody cases to determine what is in children's best interests. There is no way to prevent the other grandparents from having access to the courts, short of termination of your husband's parental rights (TPR). All you can do in a will is express your wishes concerning custody. But why should you believe an anonymous source on the internet?
