it is a legally binding document that has to be honored. A friend of mine tells me that an Advance Directive must be honored even if I could or would die as a result. Now if I was to specify in my Directive that for personal, spiritual or whatever reasons, I refuse any treatment where organs or parts of my body would be removed while I'm unconscious and unable to communicate, would it be followed? Refusing surgical treatment is no different than refusing a respirator or feeding tube

I was a property manager for an apartment complex with 200 units in Florida. I do not have a college degree nor a real estate license. I was told by the company that I am fine as long as I am sponsored by a broker. Is this correct? Is it also the same if I manage homes? I now manage homes for a real estate company. I am 25 and been doing this for 3 years now and I do plan on getting my license but I want to make sure I am ok for now..

so to avoid banter, I've just written you a note. You know, writing this, I?m probably making this conversation harder on myself than anything, but I feel that this is the most honest way to bring it up. . Okay so first off, I hate lying to you, and you know that. Anyway, I figured that if I didn't ask you about this/tell you about this that you would be hurt, and this is the best way I can communicate it to you, because I'd be afraid of your reaction, but I don't want to sneak around and have you be hurt when you find out. Best to just rip off the Band-Aid, or so I'm told. So, here it goes: Yes. Dave and I did have sex this weekend. And yes, we used a condom. I know that this is definitely NOT what you want to hear, but I want to be completely open and honest with you, and I can?t be if I can?t tell you or talk to you about that. But don't go around trying to kill Dave now, because it was my choice. Since we started dating, he's made it perfectly clear to me that I be the one making the moves, or asking to do stuff. He has never in any way pushed me, or manipulated me to do anything I didn't want to do
