• Barry S. White is one of the founding partners of Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP. He practices in the area of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, unfair competition, and related antitrust matters.

  Mr. White's practice focuses upon litigation, counseling, opinion, and agreement work. He has represented clients in state and federal trial courts and in various federal appeals courts. Mr. White has particular expertise in the interaction among the patent and FDA laws in the drug approval process relating to ANDA filings under the Hatch-Waxman amendments to the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act.
