My dad was diagnosed with ALS in March last year. It started out in his left hand/arm, and is now moving into his right hand/arm very quickly. It seems as though it's moving along a bit quicker on this side, which is the side he writes with. Bad enough that he called and asked me to come over last week to help him finish filling out a couple of money orders.. . What do we need to do so that I can fill out/sign his paper work for him when the time comes? He mentioned power of attorney to me a few weeks ago - where do we start? He does as much as he can electronically so he doesn't have to fill out or sign much, but there are items here and there that can't be done this way.. . Thank you for any help =].
