Since its my first year, I was wondering when you sign up for the optional contests, and also the best type of buisnesses to ask to sponser me?. - I hope this made sense, I know it was worded really weird lol-. Jr Teen OK.

how do you plan on paying for the doubling costs of healthcare?

Title really says it all. What makes an agreement between two people "legally binding" and what makes a document hold more weight in court? If you can, please start with "most water-tight and legally acceptable" and work your way down the ropes. Many thanks in advance! :). . ~~ Abe. "You want to know the entire law of contracts?" That might be easier in the long run, but no.. . Okay, to clarify: two of my friend are argueing over money. One owns a business, the other invested. Part of the investment he signed a contract, the rest was an oral agreement. The Investor was in a car accident and asked for some of the money back to pay bills, as part of the oral agreement was "if there is an emergancy and returning it will not harm the company, the money will be returned". The Owner refused, said the Investor "needs to learn how to drive" and "it is not the company's responcibility" to pay for his bills. The Investor is threatening to sue but the Owner says he can't because of the oral agreement is "legally binding". The catch is the witness to the oral agreement is the Owner's fiance and co-owner of the store who has stated more than once that she does not like or trust the investor..
