I, blah blah, intend to sell my car to you, the idiot, for the amount of $xxxx. Who needs this? A BIll of Sale can be found anywhere. If the car is paid for, signing the title immediately transfers ownership. What do they want, a guarantee?. . I'll tell you what this person wants. He/she wants something that's locked in, in case they can't find a better deal or the car they REALLY want. He/she wants to hold you to your word while he/she continues to shop. Get them to sign a Letter of Intent to Purchase. See how that goes. Good luck.

A POA for a principal had a quick claim for 2 properties, 1 the principal was aware of but not the other. The principal was never notified about the second quick claim and the agent had it sent back to the attorney but didn't file it inder her name for 3 years. The principal doesn't remember signing the second quick claim and said never would have. The notery said that as long as someone can verify the signature he would noterize it. I live in wisconsin and the laws are there but don't seem to be inforced., example, Wi law says that if the POA is a durable it must have 2 witnesses and the agent must sign, but from what I have encountered they don't enforce that and its still considered legal. I am now the new POA and with this kind of things how can I get the principals property back, I have contacted an attorney but even after the previous POA stole her savings, gave it away, I'm told she had the power to do it even though she didn't have the power to give gifts. Can anyone help?.

Yes, your mother would likely need a power of attorney. It would essentially be documentation that your mother has permission to make decisions on your friend's behalf when it comes to education, medical care, etc. Places aren't legally obligated to honor them, however -- for example, a school may have its own paperwork it wants completed instead. To ensure one is drafted correctly, you should probably speak with a local attorney when you're actually ready to do one. They need to walk you through things, and explain to your friend's parents how it works, how they cancel it if needed, etc.. . I'd also worry about practical things first, like where your friend would sleep, who would fund her food, how she'd get to school, etc. It might seem like a good idea now, but you might be sick of her in a couple months. When you understand how things like that might work on a practical level, then you can worry about things like powers of attorney.

On my passport I have my birth surname but recently I've changed it by depoll. I'm going on holiday in a couple of months but I don't need to renew my passport for another 2 years. Do I need to renew my passport with my new surname on? Will it be illegal? Or is there a chance I could get pulled up at the airport?.
