Honestly pour out your thoughts. Not the corny thoughts like "im so happy your mine" thats to much like every one else. Pour out your REAL thoughts. Maybe certain times when you looked at him and fell in love all over again or other times when you realized that he is the love of your life. Write a note that will mean alot to him. He will appreciate that more than a thank you note

I'm just starting to learn c++ and I'm starting with the "Hello world" application.. . I'm using visual studio 2010 and when i go to select a template I can choose:. . "win32 console application". "mfc application". "win32 project". "empty project". "atl project". "mfc dll". "windows form application". "clr console application". "clr empty project". "class library". "custom library". "makefile project". "mfc activex control". "test project". "windows form control library". . So which one do i choose to do the "hello world" example?. . also when I've been trying it, i have the line of code "#include but it always gives me some stupid error.. . can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?. when i click empty project, theres no area for me to type code into, its just the blue background. what do i do?. Thank you for your help :) one last thing, how do I make an executable version of the code? like an exe version?. when i click play in visual studio, the command prompt flashes for a second and then disappears. why does it do that?. thank you so much for your help! now that i got the minor problems out of the way i can begin learning! :).

There may be other situations in which the parent and/or child may want to seek court approval of their agreement. As we described in other answers, the legal procedure is not clear cut and, therefore, it can be difficult to pursue. You certainly will need the help of an attorney. See more discussion under the answer to "Must a parent agree to emancipation?". .

Exactly how do you legally change your last name?

Being someone Im not?

My brother in 2006 set Enduring Power of Attorney, I am his youngest brother and looked after his affairs for twelve months, he has the start of dementia and needed help, I went to his solicitors to arrange POA and unknowingly later they inform me that he had this Enduring POA. I have arranged for all of his finances and also for him to go into a home. What concerns me is that my brother is very wealthy and now the solicitors have applied for the registration of the Enduring POA as they were the donors. My brother and I arranged with his financial adviser to meet to have me acting as his deputy in the event that he was not understanding his advise regarding his investments, we also did the same with his Bank and Accountant, all of his bills etc, we together set up Direct Debits to eliminate problems with not paying on time, the bank we arranged for internet banking which we did together at the Bank all with his agreement. I have when requested by his accountant, paid is tax bill and arranged with his financial adviser at Barclay's Wealth to have monies from his investments paid into the account where by will pay for his care in his home. My brother had forgot that this Enduring POA had been done in December 2006, this was the time when I had moved to Spain and I think he thought it would be impossible for me to manage his affairs being some distance away, I have proved this wrong as I have had four visits back to England and stayed until all was sorted and he was happy. The dementia hasn't taken all of his senses, some times he is quite positive and then he has down days where he may not be so bright, on the days he was positive I have questioned him about this Enduring POA and asked the question, do you want solicitors to look after your affairs or me, he has responded as me, now should he say he now wants to not go ahead with this POA and being diagnosed with the Start of dementia, can it be that the solicitors can override his decision to change his mind, I am sending my objection to the Court of Protection and to The Public Guardian. We also have another problem in that my brother has a Bungalow and when we moved to Spain my son was ask by him if my son would like to come and live with him, now my son has had a letter from the solicitor basically saying that because my brother is no longer living there, they will arrange for the electric, gas and telephone to be terminated, my son has looked after him for the last eight years in that he has helped with the house keeping, shopping, gardening and in a way cared for him, when my son took the solicitors letter stating that they were to become the donors for my brother and what they wished to carry out with the Electric and gas etc, he was very upset as my son and my brother have quite a bond as my son was taught the baking trade by my brother when he left school, he worked for him for a number of years until my brother retired, my brother is now 85 and my son is 42, my brother had emphasised that my son was able to live their for as long as he wished, now I am not understanding what my son's rights are knowing that my brother would not want him basically made homeless.? The next question would be, what are these solicitors going to charge annually for the acting Power of Attorney, the reason for this is that his income is from his investments and is approximately 58,000 GBP, the home is costing 54,000 GBP, if these solicitors charges exceed 5,000 then this would mean selling some of his assets, this is not what he would have wanted, because I am his executor of his will and I know that his wishes regarding his monies was to go to all Nice's and nephews but also to some really good charities, Cancer Research for one and many others connected to Cancer as we have lost a number of family members this way. I do not want his assets diminishing, he could live for another fifteen years, my mother lived to 104 so it is possible.. So we have a number of question 1. Can my brother in his condition change his mind to not have the Enduring Power of Attorney registered. 2. What is my son's position in my brothers Bungalow. 3. What would the charges be by the solicitors acting on his behalf. ( we all know what they are like when they create there invoices.). Strange that when I tried for power of Attorney, my brother said he was still able to the solicitor when I asked her to visit him, so she said you have to abide by his wish, now since I arranged for a home, they have jumped on the opportunity to have him declared unfit to look after his affairs, what do you think?..
