You will lose all credit history, work history, medical history etc. You will be starting over with no credit history or work history as if you were 18 again. You will not even be able to prove you graduated high school. These are things to think about. . It is a major process although is necessary in some situations.

sorry but this field--business--is more word specific. I am guessing. dad wants a template for a business PLAN. A proposal is an idea/suggestion from one person or entity to. another. A business plan is a guide to a business. The two are not the same thing.. . A business plan is what is written AFTER a person [or group of people] who wish[ed] to be in a single business. conduct market research and put THOSE results INTO a business plan.. . THIS IS THE STUFF i TEACH.. . I can guide you and dad.. . The easiest way to get biz plans is to visit a college's business advisory department,. or the federal office known as SCORE.

I know separation of powers is guaranteed under the US constitution. Also that a state law can not be in conflict with a federal law. However, if a state constitution provides for county government the executer of the county to also act in the judicial branch. Would that be a violation of separation of powers. Specifically, the county executer?s title is County Judge, but is not a judge but he executor of the county and the Quorum court is made up of the Justices of the Peace, who don?t have any legal status but are infact the legislators of the county like a city council. The state constitution is states that the County Court is infact the County Judge operating in a judicial capacity, although he is the executor of the county. But it also says that this is until the Quorum Court has been established and operating as the County Court.
