  • Our firm began in August 2000; however, the individuals involved have worked together under other professional auspices. The current members fo the firm, Virginia Barrett, Scott Lazar, and Michael Garrett, worked together for some time at a law firm in Parsippany, New Jersey. As a result of his exceptional work with the firm on behalf of carriers and insureds and his successful trial work, as of September 1, 2005, Mr. Garrett was made a partner in the firm. Before founding the firm, Ms. Barrett and Mr. Lazar worked at the Newark, New Jersey office of a national law firm headquartered in New York City. Mr. Schuley is also licensed in New York and New Jersey, and has spent his entire legal career in the insurance defense and coverage field. Dale E. Hibbard, a veteran New York trial lawyer, is of counsel to the firm. He is admitted in New Jersey as well. Lisa A. Lehrer joined us as an associate in April 2008. Ms. Lehrer has experience in insurance defense and is licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Louisiana.

We specialize in litigation, including all aspects of insurance defense, auto liability, premises liability, employment law, product liability, first party property, subrogation and commercial litigation. Our practice encompasses the states of New Jersey and New York at both the state and federal levels. We provide legal services in property and casualty areas in litigation, involving tort claims against municipalitites; against trucking entities; in environmental lawsuits, including lead paint and asbestos litigation; and in numerous insurance coverage matters including surplus lines. We also litigate the defense of employmnet law matters, including claims of violations of the Civil Rights Act, the Law Against Discrimination (LAD) and litigation alleging wrongful termination and sexual harrassment.

The firm has been involved in several high exposure actions involving claims of adulterated food products in both the Federal and State Courts. We have worked closely with epidemiologists, vendors and manufacturers in defending these claims. These suits have included both E. coli 0157:H7 and listeriosis claims.

Can I move out at 17 in Kentucky?!?

I work for a small business owned by a corporation in another state. Six years ago, while the company was privately owned our former CFO entered into a 3 year contract with a cleaning/janitorial company. The contract states that it shall be extended and renewed on each anniversary date unless either party gives written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to such anniversary date.

Where can i find fake subpoena and jury duty notice templates?

In some places, yes he can force a legal name change, in others no. You would have to check the laws in your area.. . If there are no children involved, he has the stronger grounds. To keep the name is for you a convenience.. For him it has to do with a total separation and the "honor" of the family name.. . You can possibly, if it is worth it to you, have a legal DBA (Doing Business As) identity set up. That way you would not have any problems with your business contacts. Check with a lawyer and get yourself informed.. . If you take that option, he need not know about it, it is business. Then when you agree with the legal name change, you keep him more cooperative. That makes it a "win-win" situation.

I want a website which is professional, has a log in for real estates so they can list a property and has a payment function.

they never will even though as you pointed out the democrat party was built upon racism, admission is the first step in recovery which is one reason they never admit to anything in my opinion
