  Bob devotes the majority of his active practice to estate planning, probate, and estate administration matters, and to creation, administration, and termination of trusts. Because of Midland's location in the heart of the Permian Basin, he has devoted substantial time to estate planning for persons involved in the oil and gas industry, including management personnel of energy companies, independent oil and gas operators, and mineral owners.

  Bob is a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church and has served as a member of its Board of Deacons and its Session, as well as a teacher of adult church school classes. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of United Presbyterian Foundation (Synod of the Sun) and has served on the boards of several other local nonprofit organizations, including the local chapter of the Arthritis Foundation and Samaritan Counseling Center of West Texas, Inc. (President, 1991). He is an active member of the Planned Giving Advisory Committee of the University of Texas.

I'm graduating law school in December and was wondering if there was an advantage in using these services....

You won't- there are websites that offer static fitting (based on your height and wrist-to-floor measurements) but they don't take into account your swing mechanics. If you think you're getting a good deal on this driver, buy it. After that, take it to a club fitter- s/he can do a dynamic (where you actually swing clubs) fitting that will be more accurate than anything you do online. Maybe you'll get lucky and be a perfect match for the new stick. Maybe you'll need a tweak. If the flex is OK, you might be able to get away with an extension put on the butt (grip) end of the shaft- you'll probably have to pay for both the extension and the grip (varies by brand). You might be out of luck if you find out the loft isn't right for your swing, however... so maybe go to the fitter first.
