Another option is to have communication notebooks. They keep them in their backpacks. Give them to you each day. You check to see if parents wrote anything to you. Answer if needed. Write a note in some of the notebooks every day, or as many as you have time for. Then the notebook goes back in the backpack and goes home each day.

Where can I download a FREE Power of Attorney form, state of Ohio?. I have been searching online and every time I think I have found a free one, it turns out there is a charge (latest one was legacy writer, I thought this one was free until I filled in all the blanks and got to "checkout"!) Can anyone suggest a site with a free download form, and does it need to be specific to the State of Ohio, as some of the sites are suggesting? Thank you for any help..

glasses (& optometry visits for this) are usually stand alone. Poor vision is not considered health care historically. Glasses are a relative new invention in the scheme of things and were considered a luxury not a necessity.

To be clear - you are getting letters addressed to you by name, but about a credit card you know nothing about?. . If so, this is not unheard of. Some debt collection companies will buy debts that are dormant. If they can't trace the debtor they will do a search for people with the same name and can put 2 and 2 together and get 5.. . As its a credit card you have a right under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to a copy of the signed credit agreement and a statement of account. All you need to do is pay the statutory ?1 fee. Go to sites such as Consumer Action Group and search for "consumer credit act section 77" and you will get loads of advice and template letters.

Are you asking for a lease template be provided to you? Why not "google" it.. . I have found several sites that offer form templates.

there are also templates available for download from the MS Office website.
