  • LEGAL EXPERIENCE

Our firm has a team of attorneys, consultants and others with past experience in the securities industry. Over the past decade, we have represented thousands of investors nationwide to recover their losses. We have represented clients in securities arbitration through the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD); the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. (NYSE) and the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Collectively, our clients have recovered millions of dollars through our assistance in negotiations, mediation, arbitration and litigation. During this time, we have represented clients in arbitration matters in Albany, Albuquerque, Atlanta, Austin, Bismarck, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Honolulu, Houston, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Lexington, Lincoln, Little Rock, Los Angeles, Louisville, Nashville, Miami, Mexico City, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, New Orleans, New York City, Oklahoma City, Orlando, Phoenix, Portland, Raleigh, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa and other cities. If necessary, we team with attorneys in the client's state at our expense.

We handle may international clients, particularly from Latin America, and have won many of those cases. Because of NASD Rules governing the jurisdiction of U.S. based brokerage firms, international clients having brokerage accounts with NASD registered firms must have file arbitration cases in the United States.

    BROKERAGE FIRM AND INVESTMENT EXPERIENCE

Members of our firm have over a century of combined experience either at the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) or elsewhere in the securities industry. Orr attorneys each received a law degree from an accredited law school, while our founder also earned an advanced law degree (LLM) in securities from Georgetown Law School in Washington, DC. Most of our attorneys also worked as licensed brokers at major brokerage firms, some serving as vice president of those firms and/or in compliance. Most of the members of our staff have also worked for brokerage firms and many of them were also licensed brokers or supervisors. Collectively, the members of our team have worked for dozens of securities firms, including almost every major brokerage firm on Wall Street, for a combined total of more than a hundred years in that industry.

lawyer Kantas, Robert A Reviews

each time you tell someone about what you do, give them your business card. If even one person picks up your business card next time they have an IT problem, then the investment has paid for itself.. . Lastly, provide great service. If you are great at your job, and you have a smile on your face, people will keep coming back with every problem they have. I'm going to say that again: smile. Every day I see small business owners walk around trying to be 'the big man', or with a look that says they regret starting their business. They do not get repeat business. I can choose between hundreds of small businesses in London that offer the same service at the same price, the only thing that keeps me going back to the same company is if I like the people.

No none your employer does have the W-4 copy that you did complete and sign and returned to them to use for the FIT withholding amounts ONLY for each pay period during the tax year and NOT very likely that they would have it available for you to look at online at all.. Hope that you find the above enclosed information useful. 11/06/2013

You don't need a notary for your will. Just 2 witnesses. Put the complete names and addresses and phones of the witnesses somewhere so they can be contacted if someone says your will is not valid.

I think expectations were that the game would adhere more closely to its predecessor, Diablo 2, which kept players going on the loot hunt for years. Instead, there were several divergences that turned many off and ultimately away from the game:. . * Insanely hard final difficulty setting (Inferno). * Lower level cap easier to achieve (60 vs. 99) but also prevents non-gear-based character improvement to better deal with the Inferno difficulty. * Oversimplification of skill choices leading to few cookie-cutter builds, rather than the diverse array promised. * Underpowered legendary items relative to item level. * Very low drop rates for high level rares/legendaries/sets, especially with decent attribute rolls (arguably tied to the auction house or AH--more on this later) making gear-based improvement difficult. * Loot no longer has unique modifiers which allow for different playstyles/building characters around a neat new drop. * Always-online mode only
