if you use that artwork you credit the artist you can not claim it as your work no matter what you have... the artist can not prevent you from doing whatever you want with the product once you have purchased it, you are paying her for this work to be created for the map so unless the artist has gone through the process to have it protected and registered it is yours..... it is up to the artist to prove that you did not purchase the art for the map you are creating, and have used it in a manner that is illegal.... . she can say whatever she wants, she can demand whatever she wants, it is up to the 2 of you to work this out in an agreeable manner... . no contract can enforce anything that she has not agreed to in that contract, so just work out the details and follow the agreement... you can not force anything on her, she can not force anything on you, either the 2 of you work it out or you don't... once you pay for the work if it is not protected and you own the work and can do what you like as long as you do not misrepresent anything...

The lousy header pictures (stretched, out of focus) is a dead on tip-off that these people are new. Also, you can't have "Free Shipping Worldwide" unless prices are artificially jacked up. Sorry, you've been had and are going to have to wait and see. If you don't get the item by 10 BUSINESS days (which would be very end of August/early September, contact PayPal for refund and explain that the products were late and that you could not contact them by email.

All I can say is focus on enjoying the small things with your father--those times that seem infinite in their beauty. Remember this quote ?Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away?. Relish each moment with your dad & don't let the situation with this person interfere with that.. . Good Luck!

    16. Codicil? This is used to make minor changes to your will after it has been signed. It comes at the end of the will and should be signed and witnessed in the same manner as the will.

Mailing them a letter may not help. I would suggest you call them and see if you can work out a settlement amount. They will probably work with you, but might want payment immediately. It is probably wise to get the settlement in writing first, before making the payment. Also, it would be wise not to give all your bank account numbers and routing numbers - tell them you plan on paying with a money order or card.. . I have paid old debts over the phone without settlement letters, but I have received the settlement letters in the mail afterward. It is whatever you feel most comfortable with.
