Litigation

Litigation

I recently received a letter naming myself as a debtor to General Growth Properties, INC regarding their bankruptcy (Chapter 11 Case # 09-11977) and information on how I need to provide proof of my claim.. . I did some googling and turn up information on the company but I have no idea what this letter is about

question about my tax return for this year?

can I change a vehicle title with a power of attorney?

My parents have been separated for a couple of years and are soon getting a divorce.. . My mother will be able to change her surname back to her maiden one.. . I don't like my dad's surname.. . Can I change it and get it all changed on my birth certificate/passport/everything?. . If so, at what age is this possible and does it cost anything?

where can I find a free sample consent forms on line?

My total award sales came to $600 this campaign, but I only owe Avon $351, which $280 of that will be coming from my customers payments. So I only pay $70 from my pocket, but I got a lot of free items as rewards for passing my $125 goal. I will be saving those free items and selling them at full price when someone orders them, they are worth about $200. Plus I get a free anew skincare pack with my next order, because I passed the goal of having $400 in award sales before my 4th campaign.. . So what Im getting at is that you have to go out there and advertise your business online and in person. The more effort you put into finding customers and the more products you sell, the more you get. these are some of the ways i advertised my Avon business: Facebook, local classified ads, told my friends, told my siblings to tell their friends and teachers, left brochures in the laundry room of our apartment, put brochures with a letter and samples in them on my neighbours doorsteps telling them I sell Avon, My DSM came with me door to door handing out brochures in the neighbourhood, I put posters up in my apartment..
