i didn't like my last name either. then i got married and divorced and didn't like that name even more. so. i changed it (you can change the whole thing if you want to. i did. i went to a lawyer who set up a court date, took about 15 minutes (they ask you things like are you changing it to avoid a criminal prosecution.........etc.). paid $100, and walked out a new person! literally. i would HIGHLY recommend it.. . a few things to consider: . try out the new name to see how it sounds. does it fit you. is it something you really want to be called the rest of your life? check out what your new initials will be (my old ones were LSD).. . know that the hardest part, except for all the grief from other people who are offended that you would do such a thing (it's not any of their business). is learning to respond to the new name. the first few times it will be easy because you are taking care that it will happen. but, down the road you will forget and that will be the adjustment part.. . if you feel as strongly as i did go for it. the small amout of money and time have made a world of difference in my life.

I spoke with an Army Reserve recruiter and he told me that in order to get an interview with the OCS board I needed 3 letters of recommendation. The problem I'm having is that he said they had to be from prominent community leaders like the CEO of my company or the Mayor of my city. How many people actually know the CEO of their company or the Mayor of the city?

Transcription:. . Transcription:. DNA double helix ?unzips? (Hydrogen bonds are being broken between the nitrogenous bases).. . mRNA forms: . mRNA is formed by an enzyme known as ?RNA polymerase II? which is taken to the DNA via a number of complex proteins known as ?transcription factors?. This uses the downstream DNA sequence to build a template for the complementary strand of RNA. . RNA polymerase binds over the DNA strand as a template to copy the nitrogenous complementary bases. ?A = U and C = G?.. . Polymerase starts at the promoter sequence located at -10 to -35 the sigma factor finds this sequence (TATAAA) and polymerase shuts the double helix in order for the RNA Helicase to ?unzip? the DNA Molecule using ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) energy and moves processively (otherwise meaning that the helicase travels in the 5'(five prime) to 3'(three prime) direction, the use of adenosine triphosphate with dnaA (initiator protein) is required for dnaB (also known as the helicase) to separate the hydrogen bonds.. . What the ?unzipping? effectively does it breaks the Hydrogen bonds between the nitrogenous bases. MRNA then replicates the DNA nitrogenous bases onto itself

If you change your name in NJ its automatically changed to Vinny.

You need to ask your teacher for that letter of recommendation! Ours wouldn't have a school letterhead!

That's a bit too right-wing for my tastes. Health insurance is meant to share risks, and it's already too balkanized with various actuarial categories. The upshot of that is that though the costs of one policy may be less than those of another, overall, the cost of policies rises, not to mention that so many people get priced out of the market altogether, wind up as non-paying patients, and have the costs of their increased care (from delays in treatment, making them sicker when they do finally seek care) that the costs get shifted back to the general public anyway.
