i was working in USA last year and am a non resident alien. i am now in india. please find out and tell me. thanks.

I'm an undergraduate student now and I am starting to think of whom I would ask for letters of recommendation for graduate school. I just don't know what do I do with the letters. Will my professors send the letters themselves to the school I'm applying for? Will they send it the school I'm enrolled in now and keep it on record until I need it? Do they send them to me and I have to somehow prove that I haven't read them? Last time I needed letters of recommendation was in high school, applying for college, but all I had to do was ask my teachers and my high school did the rest for me. I don't plan on applying for graduate school right after I graduate, but I want to ask my professors before I do. So what do I do?. If different schools have different systems, I'm currently enrolled at Rutgers if that means anything..

I'm 16 and I've just started job hunting for the first time. And because I have no previous experience, I'm applying to jobs that pay minimum wage. When the ad says send your resume, does that mean to include a cover letter too? Do jobs like that require one?.
