  • Raymond A. Franklin joined Sapir Schragin LLP as an associate in November 2012. He practices in the areas of labor and employment law and employment discrimination.? Mr. Franklin previously worked with Don Sapir and Howard Schragin at one of the nation’s leading labor and employment firms.?Mr. Franklin received his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2010, where he held a Dean’s Fellowship upon graduation. Mr. Franklin worked in employment discrimination and labor law internships at New York State United Teachers Office of General Counsel and the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. ?While at St. John’s, Mr. Franklin was an Articles Editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development, spent two years working as a research assistant on labor and employment issues, and was a member of the Labor Relations and Employment Law Society.? PLEASE SOMEONE and ANYONE ... help me!!!!!!!!! In a week, I must Close an ESTATE

put on a venalater my cousin will have the only. say in weather my grandmother lives or dies . and that hurts not only my mother but my aunt as well becuse she is there mother and they love her and they want to do what is best for there mother and they do no believe my cousin should have the right to make that desion. christmas 2006 my great aunt and uncle my cousins mother and father my great aunt broke her ankle in i think she said 2 places and my great uncle who has had his leg amputated and his foot amutated do to sugar diabetes she left them to come see my grandmother my aunt takes care of my uncle and its hard to lift him when she can barly walk her self . also my grandmother is very forgetful she has to make notes for herself and i think she may have alzimers . and i think my cousin is using that to her advantage. now one more thing my cousin recently talked to my aunt she said she knew what my aunt was getting she knew what my mom was getting and my uncle was getting nothing! i find this hard to beileve becuse. my grandmother has always said no matter what my unlce has done she is still leaving him somthing but that was befor christmas and i believe that my cousin has talked her into giving her my uncles share . i want to know what my mothers and my aunts rights are i don't want my cousin to get any thing that belongs to my grand mother i will accept any advice with great thanks i am mostly hoping that lawyers will see this and can help my mother and my aunt please help !.

In the case where I am only given an e-mail address to mail the resume, do I simply use the cover letter as the content of the e-mail message or do I attach the cover letter along with the resume and compose another message in the e-mail?.
