Web site template?

Any class template (variadic or not) can be fully or partially specialized by any number of its template parameters (type or not).. . The first example introduces a one-parameter template, its parameter is a pack (means it takes any number of arguments), and two specializations of that template: one specialized for when the pack is empty, to be used when some code attempts to instantiate count<>, the other specialized for when the pack is some type T followed by another parameter pack, which matches all other instantiations (count, count, etc).. . The second example introduces a similar template, a specialization of it, and then a new, two-parameter template, with the same name, which is a compile error.. . Had it been allowed, how would the compiler know which template to consider when parsing dd? Is it the single-parameter dd with a 2-element pack, or is it the two-parameter dd, with T=int and 1-element args? How would the compiler know which template are you specializing, if you introduce a full specialization, for example template<> dd?
