That's what I would have to do if I wanted another one. Court is tomorrow I just wanted to hear opinions about this before I go. My daughter has always lived with me. He gets her every other weekend. She has never lived with him. My daughter is six and can't stay home alone, and since I work a full time job she has to attend before and after school programs. They cost as much as if she was there all day, but she's only there a few hours. I wish I had enough money were I could take her and pick her up from school everyday, but like most of the working parents in the world I don't have that opportunity. It would be wonderful for me and her if I did. I wish I didn't have to use a creditcard to make ends meet, but you have to have a roof over your head, food to eat, clothes to wear and gas to get back in forth to work. I didn't take him but to court when childcare was increased by double to increase child support, but I guess to some people it's about themselves and not about an innocent child. I like to think everyone who read my issue correctly and gave me wonderful feedback.. Update: I went to court on Friday. And the judge did raise it. My daughter's father kept asking the judge a bunch of questions and it seems like they changed the guideline April 2007. Like I said in court when her before & after care doubled I did not take him back to court to increase it, but he's always taken me to court to get it lowered, which he was successful at the last time by $100 a month. But this time it was increased by over that amount. It's crazy to me how people believe they can go have as many children as they want and still think they can kept working that same job. If you couldn't afford another child, you shouldn't have had one. I suppose he thought by having another child that they would reduce my support by half to account for his other child. The judge did take into account his other child but it was increased. But now I'm scared because he's gets crazy when it comes to money being taken. That's why I never took him back to court..

I am about to buy a flat in Dombivli on pagdi system, I would like to know is there any agreement which needs to be signed between parties involved in the transaction like the building owner, existing tenant and myself. while as per the practise, they dont enter into any agreement, whatever deal happens, it is in front of all parties and whatever consideration which is received by existing tenant in front of owner for that you will only receive a rent receipt where it will be mentioned the consideration paid and any advance of rent, if any, which owner may insist. So, can I insist on an written agreement in addition to rent receipt acknowledging the full consideration amount. please share experience and advice..
