  • Beth Lewis joined the firm in 1994. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of?real estate, secured transactions, banking and commercial law, corporate law, and environmental law. Beth is co-chair of the firm's Business Organizations and Transactions practice group.

    While in law school, Beth was an editor of the South Dakota Law Review. From 1993 to 1994, she served as a law clerk for the Second Judicial Circuit Court, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I have a couple of insurance violations how much will the lawyer cost, and they have free counsel when i go and talk to them will they be honest if i really dont need an attorney? or will they say yes to get the money?? Will a public defender represent the same way a reular lawyer would?? When the police pulled me over he told me to get a lawyer!!.
