  • Dan Harmelink joined the firm in 2000. He has a general business and corporate practice, with an emphasis in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and commercial law.

    Following law school, Dan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Roger L. Wollman, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
