  • Jim Wiederrich joined the firm in 1980. He concentrates his practice in business and corporate law, including agribusiness, banking, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota.

    In recent years, Jim has put his agricultural background to use in organizing, capitalizing, and representing dozens of companies that produce and/or process agricultural commodities. These enterprises successfully operate in the ethanol, soybean processing and biodiesel fuel, and livestock production industries.
