If we set up the trust, naming ourselves as co-trustees, would we have to do anything with our home loan, such as having the loan changed to reflect the trust now owns our interest in the home? I have been told "no," but am just checking to make sure that is a correct answer..

My creative writing software lies between my ears. I wouldnt use any of it and i wouldnt work with a student who was. All you need is Word and your brain. You dont even need final draft - Word formats your manuscript just fine. If you need to rely on software to help you write a book, you arent an author. You are just a user of software. Nathaniel Hawthorne managed to write amazing books without software. So did James Faulkner, Ernest Hemingway, F Scott Fitzgerald, Charles Dickens, John Steinbeck, Alice Walker, Toni Morrison, and hundreds of other authors I could mention. If you are just writing for the fun of doing it, use your software. But if you are writing for publication and ever intend to be in their league, prove to yourself you can write on your own. Otherwise you simply are NOT an author, just a computer operator. Pax - Cthis is the lawyers reviews
