  • Tim Shattuck joined the firm in 1994 and practices business and commercial litigation. Recently, Tim has focused on litigation involving intellectual property disputes, including trade secret and patent infringement litigation.

    While in law school, Tim was Notes Editor for the Southern California Law Review. Following law school, he spent two years as a law clerk for the Honorable Roger L. Wollman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

I don't know under what circumstances you went to two different colleges for less than a year, but you're probably better off picking ONE, especially if you are still enrolled, and coming up with an alternative explanation for the gap between HS and college (such as your fantastic internship experience). Get a favorite professor to give you a personal reference (a letter of recommendation is even better), and/or a favorite teacher from high school
