How can I change my last name legally?

How to change your name in North Carolina?

So counselors at my high school and I are preparing a party for my counselor, who is going to retire next year. They want to record a video with me talking in it and they want me to get a note from parents. The thing is my parents don't know English. So I have to write the note and just have them sign.

I'm 18 years old and want to open my own business?

My dress is white and apple red, and the wedding colors are black white and red. I was thinking of having poinsettas as center pieces. Just looking for some ideas..

A proper thank you note mentions the name of the giver, the gift, what you like about the gift, how good (thoughtful, generous, kind, etc.) the giver was to send it, that your new spouse joins you in saying thank you, and the you and your new spouse look forward to seeing the giver again and/or enjoyed seeing the giver at the wedding. If some of these don't fit, then improvise. Avoid the childlike "Dear Aunt Ann, Thank you for the ..." model.
