If you send that, you should be fine, you have written in a professional format. There is no rudeness in there, you get to the point and that's fine.

It's always appropriate to send a cover letter. Especially these days, there is a lot of competition for every job, and often the only thing that will make you initially stand out is the fact that you took the time to write a cover letter.. . I do have a few tips, however.. . First off, you NEVER address a cover letter to "whom it may concern". Contact the place you're applying to and explain that you're writing a cover letter and need to know who to address it to.

Sending a submission to a publisher - what goes in a cover letter?

to give a letter "from the bank" to an addressed individual living at the house, subject to giving them the letter in person. What could this mean?.

Purchasing property through a Power of Attorney holder is valid. The Power holder is signing on behalf of the Property Owner.. . Only thing probably not valid is buying a property and not getting it registered in the purchaser's name by a Deed of Sale / Transfer Deed but opt to get only Power of Attorney to avoid Stamp Duty & Registration expenses may be referred by the Court. Such transaction only holding Power of Attorney will not confer title to the purchaser.

I am against universal health coverage, but at the same time I do not trust the insurance companies. I place the blame on them moreso than the pharmaceutical companies. The drug companies have to spend billions on R&D, testing, etc. I do not like that they advertise to the population (ask your doctor if XXX is right for you...). . If insurance companies did what they were supposed to do, many problems would be avoided. There are other factors to consider - malpractice suits. Some people go to the doctor just so they can get a big paycheck. Sorry, so their lawyer can get a big paycheck.
