Does anyone have any information or advice on these kind of things that you could pass my way? We live in Texas right now, and it's possible we will relocate to Ohio in the future - I know sometimes these things vary from state to state.. . Thank you in advance!. My mother is the reason my brother is so high-functioning, she has been fighting for him all of his life. I did not mean to make it sound like she has not made plans or that she hasn't thought about it. I have never seriously sat down with her to talk about this, so I definitely should do that also.. He is his own guardian..
