My mother is very sick in the hospital and my sister and uncle would both like to have medical power of attorney for her. That way if my sister is not available my uncle can make the necessary decisions. If it is possible, how do we go about obtaining dual medical power of attorney? My mother is fine with this and is able to sign the necessary forms..

I have to make a cover letter in my careers class for a child care worker like baby sitting type thing and i do not know what to write at all... can someone write me an example one?.

It would be unusual to list cousins, nieces, nephews, etc., unless there are no other living relatives, or unless the cousin/niece/nephew is famous. For instance, if the person's cousin is the governor, or the CEO of a major corporation, or the star of a TV show, you might mention them. Or if the person has no family left except for his cousin Joe, you might mention Joe. Otherwise, no.. . It would be extremely rare to list a pet in an obituary. It doesn't matter how much the person loved his poodle or his goldfish. At most, you might mention that he enjoyed caring for animals, but that would go into the part of the obit where you talk about his life, not the part where you talk about his survivors.
