I created my first site using Yahoo Templates but I am not getting a huge update using Dreamweaver. We're having trouble with the submissions forms. Yahoo's customer service wasn't much help.. I would like the submissions to be taken to a thank-you page in my website but can't figure out how to do it.. Anyone know how??.

Although your letter is lengthy and you say you are "unhappy", it would not convince me to let you break your lease. Did you not thoroughly check out the grounds of your apartments before you signed your lease? If so, you would have known what kind of neighbors you were going to be living around. So, I do not think that this should be the majority of your letter. You should really focus on the maintenance issues, the rodents, and the UNSAFE living conditions. You really need to list the problems they have not fixed and show how they are affecting your health. You can EASILY show a connection between bacteria/disease and the roaches, ants, and rodents. As for the maintenance issues, you don't say what they are, so I can't give you any ideas.. . At the end of the letter, you need to be more direct. You should say: As a result of the complaints listed above, I would like to pursue the necessary action to terminate my lease without any penalty. Please contact me immediately to discuss my request and to begin the processs to end my lease.. . PS. There are quite a few of spelling mistakes and casual language in your letter. This needs to be very formal, without spelling mistakes in order for you to be taken seriously.
