I have been a designer for on and off almost 7-8 years. Also I would be doing this business from home, that would cut down on the expense of rent and ect. Also I'm young 23 but Im good at what I do so I want to let people know that somehow and also any advise on a portfolio. I dont have pictures of the stuff I have done becuase I never thought that I would have enough guts to do it. So any advise on that too would be great. THANKS!!!!.

Also, one sibling can't go to Florida. Will we need power of attorney or anything like that for signing of legal paperwork on his behalf?. Our uncle hired the attorney to be his personal representative. While my sister also lived in Florida, she was executrix, but after she also moved to Ohio, our uncle figured it was better to have someone local to administer the estate, and hired this guy.. My brother just found out he will be able to go to Florida after all, so that means we won't have to worry about POA now..

Trans - name changes or future name changes?

I have a vehicle that is being driven and basically owned by a family member. I have been telling them for months to go to the tag agency and properly register it to their name. They have been unwilling. Now, our communication is down to little or nothing and I have a vehicle under my name running around town. I will be held liable for parking tickets ect. or even worse. Fortunately, I have the title to the vehicle. I am wondering what can be done about this? Can I list the car under a clean title and how do I go about doing this? I basically want the car to be out of my name and registered that way in the system. That way they will be forced to register the car properly. Please advise..
