Along with Clifford Law Offices' Partner Robert Strelecky, Brian obtained a $5,950,000 jury verdict in DuPage County on behalf of a man who suffered severe nerve and muscle damage in his leg after a doctor negligently tore his iliac artery while performing a contraindicated stenting procedure. The verdict is the 3rd largest medical malpractice verdict in the history of DuPage County according to the Jury Verdict Reporter. Brian was also part of the legal team that secured a $77 million dollar global settlement of the John Hancock Building scaffolding collapse litigation. He is presently involved in the complex litigation surrounding the property damage that resulted from the September 11, 2001 tragedy at the World Trade Center. Along with partner, Tim Tomasik, Brian was involved with the litigation surrounding the crash of the private jet that killed the younger son of NBC Sports Chairman, Dick Ebersol. Brian is also working on the wrongful death and civil rights case of a Hispanic man who was killed by police officers in suburban Blue Island. you can change your name as many tims as you like and the new name will appear on that licence or passport as long as you have the right documentation to say you have changed name and it has been witnessed by a solicitor and stamped... . once you have changed your name you cant go arround using new name one minute then your old name the next you must just use the name that you have the new documentation to support... your birth name can not be changed and will remain on

I have to write a paper for Freshman English and it has to be a HOW TO paper. Sort of like "how to make a burger" or "how to tie your shoes" but not that. I'm so confused, I think it has to be a 5 paragraph paper, so something that's complex? Depends upon how much you ask them to do. I have plans from dirt cheap to full service. But most of the discount services want an upfront fee, regardless of whether or not it sells, as opposed the the full service folks who are only paid for getting the property sold.. . Furthermore discounters don't do anything beyond MLS and maybe a sign in the yard to sell the property. They cannot afford more. The California market has tanked. Ask yourself if you want to list the property or if you want to get it sold. A full service contract is likelier to do productive things to sell your property. When the market is so hot a monkey can sell a property in three days for $20,000 over the asking price, it might make a certain amount of sense to choose a limited service discounter. Right now, that's not the way things are.. . The standard full service commission is 3% to the listing agent and 3% to the buyer's agent. Even the discount listers will tell you to offer 3% to the buyer's agent if you're smart, and they want about 1% for themselves, usually in the form of a check up front.. . The difference between the discounters and the full service is therefore about 2% of the price. The price difference you'll get, particularly if your buyer's have a good agent, will likely more than make up for it. Furthermore, the sale will likely be quicker.. . You make up your own mind. But when I'm out there looking for bargain properties for my clients, just the thought of dealing with a discounter has me anticipating how happy my client is going to be when it's done.
