Anyone heard of 'do it yourself' wills

    1) I am not sure if your 2nd adoptive mother can disown or undo the adoption. Once it's finalized, it takes a formal divorce to undo that - just like divorcing your own parents. My guess is that you legally ARE your adoptive father's daughter. No matter what your step mom says, she cannot change that fact. Legally still, you and her actually have little or no relationship.

i had a car repo 7 years ago and they are just now contacting me and harrassing me about it. i owed 11,000 dollars then, and now they say i owe 18,000 dollars. i haven't heard from them in about 4 years until now. my ex husband was the co signer on it, and i divorced him in 2000. I haven't even talked to him since. i don't know what to do, right now i am unemployed and 8 months pregnant. any suggestions on what to do?.

I just recieved a "final notice" from a collection agency, (even though this was the first letter I recieved from them) offering a settlement offer on a phone account that we stopped in September of 1997.. I have never recieved any notice from the phone company or any collection agency and I believe I paid our final bill in full back then. Nothing is or has ever been on my credit report regarding this either.. The representative I spoke with was very rude and demanding and told me that she would provide proof AFTER I had set up a payment plan.. I don't want to pay for something that I don't owe. I will write a dispute letter to them and ask for proof

/why wwould you want a :selfish twit, crazy person to give birth to a helpless baby? That makes no sense whatsoever.. If you need to have her hospitalized, see an attorney and he can petition the court to grant you guardianship. You must prove though that she is unable to take care of herself and that she would be better off if you had the power to take care of her. I do not think any mental facility is going to recommend she have her tubal reversed. Most insurances will not pay for a reversal.. Attorney and court fees for the guardianship vary from place to place but you need to plan on anywhere from $1000 to several thousand.

-I live in CA. -My divorce was in FL 10 yrs ago.. -At the time of my divorce I did not request to change my name back.. . Can I file the Ex Parte form even though my divorce was so long ago and in a different state? Also, if I can file, is there a fee and who do I send it to?. . Thx!!.
