Toward that end, it is the commitment of Clifford Law Offices to seek justice for victims of injury -- physical, intellectual, emotional, legal and financial. These individuals generally have neither the resources to absorb often devastating personal loss, nor do they have effective political and social alliances organized on their behalf. Without feeling rage, revenge or retribution, those still grieving can channel these feelings in a more positive way in the attempt to change negligent behavior, the goal of the law firm. Experience has proven the power of a single lawsuit can eliminate the dangers caused by unsafe products and practices. Clifford Law Offices is committed to pursuing this philosophy on behalf of its clients.

*EDIT**. . Uhm, lots of the forms i fill in want no space. And i know when i send mail for work i dont use a space... . Doesnt matter. I prefer writing in the format:. . v8p0s4 Just cause i find it easier to read than V8P0S4. Usualy a good thing to do is not allow a space (v8p 0s4 = bad) thats just what i think tho :) i would allow both tho if i were you (but dont let them use a space). . Cheers

Currently when I send a message it displays my full name and I want it to display a nickname! Can somebody please tell me how I can change it! Thank you!.

This is what happened to health care.. . Your doctor isn't charging you a price you can afford to pay, but rather what the government (or a private insurer) says they will reimburse. In addition, high licensing and educational requirements mean that doctors who treat advanced specialty conditions have similar fees to the family doc who treats mostly routine illnesses because the education costs are nearly the same. Since most people are priced out of paying for their own care out of pocket, it falls more and more to government and insurance companies to pay. They must find a way to control costs to avoid massive budget shocks. They deny claims and coverage while mandating minimums and fixing prices.. . Now imagine you're buying car insurance. You pick out liability, theft, and maybe another option rider to get something you can afford that will cover you for most situations. But....AHA! Along comes the government planner. You must have flood protection for your car. And it needs to cover your routine maintenance. With gas prices unknown, I'm sure it's reasonable that it cover those too. Tire changes. Scratches in the paint job... And on and on. Do you have any illusions that car insurance would not also become so unaffordable that you'd need a government program to help pay for it all? They did this to healthcare. I am a single gay man. Why must I buy insurance that covers childhood vaccinations and routine pregnancy care? They only need the money to fill the risk pool so they can use my money to pay for others. If any private company made you pay for a product you do not receive, the government would go after them for fraud.. . So what's the plan? Dismantle the mess they created. Eliminate subsidies, reimbursement and tax incentives for insurance beyond catastrophic, high deductible plans. The government could relatively easily and cheaply take out a group high deductible plan to cover all medical expenses beyond $50,000 for everyone in America for much less than any current program. Eliminate the student loan programs. If students cannot take out hundreds of thousands of dollars to get their degree, colleges will have to re-price their programs and the resulting graduates will not have to charge as much for their services in order to repay the loans. Require physicians post a cash fee schedule just like a menu at a restaurant. Choose what you can afford ala carte and pay it. You have no right nor claim to the productive labor of another without an equitable exchange.. . Maybe that means you have to paint the doctor's house if you have no money. Maybe you bring him 3 homemade fried chicken dinners. Negotiate. Most people became doctor's because they want to help people and I have never met a single one who wasn't willing to make arrangements for someone who was honestly incapable of paying.

My son is a US citizen, but he was born in the Philippines -- when we have his last name changed, is there still a need to change the last name in the Philippine birth certificate, or is it something that can be skipped?

A friend wants to edit their name etc and needs to know if deed poll is a safe way to do so?. I mean safe as in your personal details and reliability. Solicitors seem more expensive?.

Remember that others may share information or experiences that do not apply to you. Never replace your doctor's advice with that given by another patient.. . Financial counselors. Financial counselors are available through your hospital and can help answer questions you may have about financial issues related to your medical care.
