• Rachel J. B. Weisman is considered one of the most captivating matrimonial litigators in Long Island and New York City. Ms. Weisman regularly represented prominent law firms and doctors, specializing in resolving the dissolution of marriages, businesses and partnerships either through negotiation or, when that fails, litigation. Before opening her own firm, Ms. Weisman spent one year with Rosenberg & Estis, P.C., a leading New York City boutique real estate law firm handling commercial and residential real estate transactions, litigation, administrative law proceedings and appeals.
