What do i need to do before the wedding as far as marriage licence and name change?

You need to send the revocation to whomever you have filed the original POA with. Link below to free form that you can copy into your word processing package and complete.. . If you originally received the POA through an attorney, it would probably be good money to go through them to revoke it as well.. . You will need to have your signature notarized to make it binding. You can probably go to your financial institution and have them do this for you.. . Good luck.

Yes! I posted a similar question too.. I was very impressed.. . He's so right about not being able to compromise with corporate power that is distorting our democracy. Bob Schieffer kept badgering him about compromising with corporate power for change. Edwards pointed out that if compromising with corporations for change were possible, we'd already have universal coverage, a clean environment, no homelessness, no poverty, etc.. Edwards also said if it was possible to compromise with corporate power, he could walk into a courtroom as a tort attorney and ask the opposition to do the right thing, submitting to the result that was good for society as a whole. He said the opposition would laugh at him if he tried to appeal to their ethics.. . It's obvious he couldn't do that because they only serve themselves and their shareholders, not society. Their ethics aren't ethics revolving around common good. Corporations don't compromise away their wealth and power.. . Change in Washington takes the courage of strong leadership, courage John Edwards is showing!

my boss is changing me from hourly to salary, is there a from that I need to fill out, and if so where can I find this form. She told me that I did not need one, or to make one... What will it say? I need a template.

I work at a non-profit organization that helps disabled adults learn real world skills. I have been given compliments on how well I am doing and have been making plans to further my program. My problem is I have just learned of an opportunity to work at my own families business The type of people I work with now have become very attached, dependent upon me and I haven't been here a full year yet. I don't want to leave with bad feelings and would like to still volunteer my help regularly. I want to work for myself, my family and it would give me more time for my own personal aspirations. how can I tell them I am leaving when they are relying on me for so much, business side and the personal side?.
