Click what document you are going to use (the current one, one you already made, or a template) and click next at the bottom.. . 4. Select the "Use from an existing list" button and click browse in the area below it. Find the file that you have the information stored and say open.. . 5. Choose the recipients by putting checks next to them. Click OK. Click next on the bottom left.. . 6. Write the letter if you are using a regular document.. . 7. Once you're done with that, click more items on the right side. Click the database fields button, and fields from the file that you created to put your guest information in should appear.. . 8. Double click each one as you would want it to appear like it was a persons name. For example:. . <><> would show JohnDoe without any spaces.. . <> <> would show John Doe with a space.. .
