Yes, you can do the same thing back. Look up discovery - that's the overall term for it. That's what interogs and requests are. You can also depose witness. Just be aware that there are time limits for when you can request the information. The court should have given you a schedule, including when discovery ends. You are entitled to all of their documents. That includes any and all medical records, psych reports, and anything else related to their claims for damage. You are not entitled to attorney notes. You can always ask for too much and let them decide to say no. Better than not asking for enough. You can also ask them to admit to certain facts of the event. That's called a request for admissions.
