Somewhere, Canada (zip code)? would work. . you might try googling business letter examples, not sure if you could get theater company examples or not, but might be worth a shot. . the inner address would be right, use the company's address. . especially since she was sick and didn't give you any guidelines and it's just a rough draft, she won't go too hard on you, it'll probably be more like 'get to class, look at your letter, teach the subject on the letter making, alright everyone, go home and fix your letters!' lol

In order for him to remove his name from the mortgage deed, he and you would have to complete and sign a mortgage loan assumption, with you being the only one on the mortgage loan. Even though your husband might have been removed from the mortgage, with the approval of the assumption mortgage package your name would still have to have been on the title deed. The lender would want your husband's name removed from the title deed as he would no longer be on the mortgage note.. . The other way for your husband not to be on the mortgage loan is that after the purchase, you refinanced the mortgage loan, thus you were the only on that applied for and was approved for the refinance.. . Were you the only one that applied for and was approved for the mortgage loan? This seems more likely since you indicated your husband's name was not on the mortgage loan. You had to have signed the title deed when you purchased the property five years ago. Lenders do not allow mortgage loan docs to be signed without the asset being in the name of the borrower.

Okay, so my father just got a check cut to him for an injury he sustained more than a year ago. The problem with that is, the night before he could go pick it up, he was arrested and is currently in jail awaiting trial.. . He is definitely owed that money. It was found to be a compensatable claim, and his employer admitted fault.. . His attorneys have told me that "ethically, we can't release his money to you, and if he can't receive medical treatment, then there is no settlement", even though he has requested of them sev eral times to release the money to me.. . Is that wrong? I live in South Carolina if that helps any. I just don't see how "ethically" it's okay to let two of his kids go homeless when the semester is out when he would have spent that money on us anyway. Do I have any options?.
