lawyer Turnoy, Jeff Reviews

Hey guys I'm a senior in high school and need some ideas for my last will and testament.. . I want a funny one, others in the past have said: "I leave behind my correct opinion" and "I leave behind my awkwardness. I need friends in college.". . It's just what we are leaving behind.. Thanks=).

you don't say what state you are in but in Texas, an agent is required to tell possible buyers that they represent the sellers when they show a property. They can represent both sides but it is in neither parties best interest for that to take place. You are not legally obligated to work with the selling agent. When you first met the selling agent, did he have you read and sign and information about brokerage services (IBS) form? This would have explained all you would have needed in that first meeting.

And now, I have 2 questions for you!

my girlfriend and I plan on getting married in NY since they passed the law for gay marriage..so my question is since its legal in ny is it acknowledged in every other state? And do I automatically get to take her last name? or are there steps in changing my last name to hers? Please Help Me Thanks! Serious Answers Only!.

Why do you want to change your name it's lovely!. . My favourite combo is Sophia Brooks. . I also like:. . Jessica Roberts. Brooke Williams. Sophie Anderson. . The best surname for each first name is:. . Julie Anderson/Brooks. Sophia Roberts/Brooks. Sophie Anderson/Brooks. Ashley Roberts/Williams. Jessica Roberts/Brooks. Andy Roberts. Brooke Williams. . Good Luck!
