  • More than 30 years ago, George Martin set out opening his firm with one clear goal: to defend and protect injured workers. Today, Martin?LLC is one of the few firms in Pennsylvania that restricts its practice to representing injured workers and the disabled in workers' compensation and Social Security Disability matters. The trial lawyers of the Firm have litigated the full spectrum of workers' compensation and Social Security Disability cases.

The Firm is committed to meeting the needs of injured workers and the disabled by offering the most comprehensive legal representation and service available. Each litigating attorney has a full staff support team to ensure quality service and the best possible result that will protect both the claimant and their family. In addition, the Firm has the most sophisticated technology, when in combination with extensive human resources, enables the attorneys and staff members to immediately address questions and concerns from clients and referral sources.

Martin?LLC employs a results-oriented approach to workers' compensation and Social Security litigation. The Firm's attorneys, with more than 200 years of combined experience, continue to meet the challenge of dealing with these dynamic issues, yielding the best results for their clients. Their experience allows them to successfully compete with large employers and defense firms in order to reach a timely and positive outcome.

I just had my last name changed (along with my Dad and younger Brother) and I was wondering if it is possible to change the name on my Yahoo! profile without changing my Email adress and everything else..

You do not legally have to give your unborn child the father's last name. You can make it the same as your last name if you want. Doesn't matter if he is listed on the birth certificate or not. If your new husband wants to adopt the child, the biological father whether or not he is listed on the birth certificate or not must sign away his parental rights away so that the guy you are marrying can adopt the child. That means you will no longer be able to go after him for child support and he will no longer have any rights to the child including visitation or custody - this all must be done through the family court, so you'll need a lawyer for that. If you are hoping to get a court ordered child support you are better off listing the bio dad on the birth certificate, because later down the road they might force you to do a DNA test to prove he is the father, unless he voluntarily acknowledges to the court that he is the father & files paperwork showing that he is the bio dad. I would say just give the baby your last name.
