my husband was his grandfathers power of atterny. while so my husband went to a lawyer and had a lease made up to rent hs grandfather house. unfortunitly two months into the lease his grandfather passed, now my mother-in-law has sent us a letter informing us she has hired a new manager. all of my husbands grandfathers assets are in probate, nor has his mother signed paper for the house, can she legally just decide to take over the tenents? even though its in probate and there is an existing lease?.

N if the sentence is not correct.. 1. The artists paints in both oils and watercolors. . 2. My friend and I will leave soon.. 3. Luke and Ty are planning on attending different colleges. . 4. He does not believe my story

We aren't sure if that would work for us since we have property in different states. Maybe we can use one joint living trust and put all of our real estate into it. Where can we get more information and is there a good source for a revocable trust online?.

A single payer system would incorporate our current healthcare system into a single payer. Offering universal coverage for all means more people paying into the same system which would mean lower premiums. There would be little to no change on the healthcare recepient end as the government would run the system in the same manner most insurance companies currently do.. Premiums would likely be lower as there would be more people paying into the service. Coverage would be extended as there is no need to ensure profit. Healthcare workers shouldn't ahve to worry about lower pay or profit as the government would be paying similar amounts to what insurance companies now pay.. There would be less use of Emergency rooms for non emergencies as people would be able to visit a physician as they would have the ability to afford it.. You would lower the number of people who go bankrupt due to difficulty paying healthcare bills.. So many people compare the healthcare system of countries who currently have nationalized care, Why don't we look at those systems and try to fix the problems in there system in the developing of our system.. The premiums would still be coming out of our paychecks, much like they currently do. But would liekly be cheaper as the government has no need to make a profit and there would be 50 million more people paying into the system.. Thanks for the responses.

I need a sample letter to determine a directors personal guarantee, can anyone help?

The Third Estate was the third chamber (representing the middle classes) in the French Parliament (Estates-General) until the French Revolution of 1789. The EG was called in 1789 to vote to address the economic crisis. It had 3 chambers/estates, and 2 of them had to agree to pass legislation. The other 2 estates where the nobility and the clergy. However the EG eventually took the "Tennis Court Oath", declaring they were no longer the Third Estate but rather the National Assembly/Parliament of France. The other two estates members eventually joined the new National Assembly too. The king send troops into Paris and intended dissolving the chamber, but soldiers mutinied and the king was forced to back down.
