  John P. Dogum is a partner and member of the executive committee at Martin law. He has concentrated his practice on litigating Pennsylvania workers' compensation cases since 1992. Before joining Martin law to protect the rights of injured workers, he was a partner for a major Philadelphia defense firm where he represented Fortune 500 companies and major insurance carriers in Workers' Compensation litigation for over a decade.

  Mr. Dogum often gives presentations to interested parties, including other attorneys, on the topic of Workers' Compensation on the state and national level. In the past, he has served as consultant to major insurers in addition to frequently appearing before Workers' Compensation Judges in the Eastern region of Pennsylvania. Mr. Dogum has argued a case of first impression before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also litigated claims under the Federal Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act. Once you have a deletion letter or pay off letter can you get in contact with the credit bureaus and have them erased it or is that something I have to take on with the collector to do so??? And if I don't get a letter of deletion should I even pay it back if it's still gonna be there anyway??.

Oakwood Park is the only green space that the town possesses and the lungs of Extown. It is the only place where families can take their children to play, where senior citizens living near-by can get fresh air and relief from an already over-built town-scape, and where people can run and exercise, or exercise their pets, safely.. . Well, it turned out that, in this lady's case, "Smith" was her *maiden* name, but her legal name was her married name, Jones. As a reverse situation, my friend's wife, who never changed her name when they got married, often introduces herself by her husband's name, especially when dealing with the school, as this is what the kids' last name is.. . The point is, much of the time you can choose to go by any name you want. However, there will be circumstances when you MUST use your legal name. You have to think if you would rather have just one name that you go by, or if you're ok with being known by different names depending on the situation - for example, if you prefer to change your legal name while continuing to use your old name at work
