I have a sinple will that my ex husband did just after our divorce. It was witnessed but not notorized. IHe passed away two days ago and I just found out. Is this simple will relative. He has about $50,000 and split it qqually between me and one of his sons and made me the personal representative. Will this allow me to claim his body with the police dept since his son is in Baltimore?.

You didn't say what the application should entail, so I'll guess it was a letter of explanation for .........gap in employment, late pays or derogatory info on your credit report, anything that needs more explanation. For instance, I was unemployed because company x made a reduction in staff. The payments were late because I was in the hospital. I don't mean use these excuses, tell whatever the reason for needing more explanation. It can be handwritten and doesn't have to witnessed or notarized. If it's some other kind of letter they want, just ask them to explain it further.

I would like to create a digital clock with traditional Hebrew numbers (?,?,? - realize European digits 1,2,3 etc. are more commonly used now), was wondering if it would need to be displayed in HH:MM:SS format or SS:MM:HH since it is a right-to-left language.. . I am a single person living in my 3 bedroom house by myself. I want to rent out one or both of the bedrooms. The living situation would be pretty much completely shared except the bedrooms of course. Ive searched a small amount online for a written lease agreement, but everything I've seen so far imply that the landlord does not live on the property, I'm looking for a base lease agreement that doesn't imply that, or even better yet, implies that they tenant and landlord would be living in shared common areas. Can anyone help me out?.
