Not sure about the question, but just copy a partnership agreement from a website and see if there are any parts you dont agree with. take em out. maybe get a few samples and piece what you want together.
It depends on what the letter will be about. For example, you could do it like this:. . Dear Mrs. Smith,. I have just learned that I will have the honor of being in your English class next year. I want to tell you how happy I am about that, and how much I am looking forward to it. I know I will learn a lot in your class.
If your letter is more than two or three paragraphs, including headings can be helpful for your reader--be sure to use headings that capture the key topic of that section and capitalize each major word of the heading. Bolding or underlining the heading will help the visual design of your letter..
I would suggest that you try not to make it too generic, so add a little bit of "I think (company) has an excellent reputation in the field of blah blah blah and I would love the opportunity to be a part of such a successful company" It runs the risk of being cheezy, but employers like that in a covering letter. Make sure your spelling and grammar is spot on and a little bit of arse-kissing will go a long way. Trust me. I've gotten an interview for every job I've ever applied for.
If you are under 18, it should be from your parent. They need to put your stats - age, height, hair and eye color, bust/waist/hip measurements, inseam measurement, shoe size and dress size as well as their contact details
