how to write an application in a modern way?.

Is technology & instant info making the class warfare crowd OBSOLETE?

You'll have to reopen your paternity case or custody agreement and get a court order to change the name. His father will have to agree to the change or the court won't allow it. He has rights, too, even when they seem wrong. Once that happens you'll have to file the court order with the County Clerk where your son was born and the birth certificate will be amended. Then you have to file the change, with the court order as proof of the change, with the Social Security Administration. ASAP isn't likely to happen...but you might get it done within a year, depending on whether his father fights it or not and you can find the right attorney to push it through.. . Without an Instanter Order from the court, the Social Security Administration won't touch the name change and no one changes a birth certificate without a court order. You can't change a child's name when there's an existing parentage in place, not even filing a legal name change. If you don't go through the family court, you'll be shot down.

i was fired...., we have an esop plan that has been in place for 2 years. . if i understand correctly, i am vested 20% for each year of service, and it should be paid upon termination.. but if i was fired, am i still entitled to that in texas?.

Hi,. I'm currently developing just a very simple form.. Basically the users should be able to fill in their data and upon clicking submit, an e-mail would be sent.. . I'm currently using Visual Studio 2005, using C#, developing ASP .NET.. . Tried running it. Form shows well, but after filling up, the email won't send. I think I have to configure SMTP or sorts but I don't really know.. . Any clues?.
