Is it better to wait until I'm eighteen or should I change it as soon as possible?. . -If it helps I live in Connecticut.

I sold a utility building to a man. The building is sitting on my property. I sold it back in August 2011. On the receipt, He signed and I signed, it stated he had 48 days to come pick up the property. I verbally gave him an extension until the end of winter. I called him a couple weeks ago and ask when he was coming to get it. He said he would try. But Hasn't yet. Now I can't reach him by phone. So what do I have the right to do? He purchased it for $2950. There is no title or anything, just a receipt. I really need to get it off my property. Its been in my possession for over 7 months. What is your opinion?. I know his name, and I am pretty sure I can find out his mailing address. But I can't reach him by phone. So I think I will call a lawyer on this one and probably see what the lawyer says to do. The lawyer will probably tell me to write a letter giving them 30 days to pickup the building. Thanks for your advice! I will read more if anyone else leaves any. I am from illinois by the way..
